I would like to say thank you to the Credit Manager ( Anna)of Edgars Cresta and her assistant Teballo Motsweni for their help. I must commend them for their efforts in sorting out the complaint I raised previously. I appreciate the fact that they apologized for their mishap, by taking full responsibility and not blaming the staff member who made the mistake. I was credited the discount due to me and the overall payment I had to pay. Thank you. Edgars Crestas you have redeemed yourself in my eyes. I will surely come back to shop. Now I am happy that you take customer service seriously. Although a thank you Gift voucher would have put a smile on my face and made me a happy customer. Thank you ???
