You cannot return of exchange a gift
Hi Edgars,<br> <br> I wanted to return or even exchange a hat I received as a gift. The people that gave me the gift did not give me the slip nor do I now what it costs. They left the tag on and removed the amount only, so all barcode numbers are displayed.<br> Surely Edgars is a big enough brand that they branches are linked and that they could have picked this up somehow and let me exchange it.<br> They asked me to ask the people that gave me the gift were did they buy and on which day, really?????<br> I don't see this as an excuse and I expect that you come up with a solution ASAP to solve this as I should be able to exchange anything at anytime without the slip but the tag still intact - this is then what you scan when you ring the item up.<br> Awaiting your response with a plan and please do not come with T&C's apply etc, I would like a human to respond with answers to my questions, not avoiding the point here.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Johanna Campher

Kindly note we can only refund or exchange provided that there is a proof of purchase, the item is in its original condition and it still within 30 days. Kindly note the proof of purchase is required for auditing purposes, to check the price that the item was sold at and whether it is still within the 30 day warranty.
