Yet again another poor service from finrite call centre

<p>Your finrite call centre is pathetic and disgusting, I'm here at Edgars connect at this moment, I have a called three times already and still no help. I have spoken to two agents called Nthabeleng and Kubeshnie. I have sent my claim form on the 31 of may only to find out they did not receive it. Sent it again to today at claims@finrite co za apparently they have not received it. Sent another one on one of the team lead or something gracem@finrite co za. I am very disgusted with your service and would like to have those call recordings sent to me on my email. The store code I am at is 2878. I want to be called and get this sorted out asap. I'm tired of this.</p>
