Hello Peter my name is Teressa I have a problem with the claim that I made with them concerning my cell phone insurance.. My claim was approved and I was asked to pay R1000 excess fee of which I did. I paid on the 7th October and they said they going call me for way forward, I am still waiting even now, I called them several times but they keep on promising me, but they don't fulfill their promises. I am very frustrated and I don't know what to do now please help
