Wrongfully blocked
I paid my Edgars account in full and also overpaid on the account, so on Saturday, 28 February 2015, I went into the store to buy some things I wanted. When I got to the front of the line, I was informed that my card was blocked, wrongfully blocked and that I will not be able to buy anything for 2 to 3 working days, until it was corrected. Customer service assured me that it was corrected, so I will be able to use it in max 3 days. Today is 10 March 2015 and when I decided to just go check up on it, they informed me that I have to open my account again as the block is off, but the account is invalid. How should I now spend hours in a shop, opening an account they closed wrongfully after blocking it by mistake?
