WRONGFUL BILLING WITH NO PAYBACK
Good day,<br> <br> I have recently noticed that there is a \airtime top-up"on my account. Since I only received little Powerpoint slide shows and never a proper statement I didn't pick it up.<br> <br> Last month (May2015) was the first time a received a mobi-statement and saw this deduction that I have to pay for.<br> <br> I went to the Edgars and ask them to lodge a complaint which they did but mysteriously on following up the complaint could not be found. Again there was another complaint logged ref *** and up to today nothing was done and no refund was given. We are talking about almost 2years of airtime given to someone and I'm paying it. I never gave them consent for such an upload and is also really tired of calling and calling"
