WRONGFUL BILLING AFTER SETTLING ACO**** IN 2013
Settled my account in 2013 after receivinig a full and final settlement amount. Still receiving threatening calls and sms' from vvm debt collectors regarding R700 that's outstanding. Phoned vvm who advised that it is legal fees and I must sort same out with Edcon. Phoned Edcon who advised that I must sort same out with debt collectors. What am I suppose to do? They want the proof that they said the amount was a settlement amount for 2013. 2 years later!! I don't have the sms on my phone anymore. Horrible experience. Will never buy from any of Edcons shops again.
