Wrong sizes on their hangers. Worse I bought the shoes inside the wrong box. Shoes inside was size 5 size 7 on box.

I have bought 3 underwear each was R59 of which we are not allowed to return it. The hangers were size large. I also bought all star takies for R1499 the box was size 7 of which all was my size. The following day when I wore it size small and medium. The shoes was size 5.why is like that?Now I need to drive again 20km to exchange the shoes underwear not allowed to be exchange. They must pack properly instead of confusing customers. I'm not happy at all.
