Wrong size

<p>I bought 2 packets of Shelley Bikini panties, size L.</p> <p>That is 10 panties.</p> <p>While hanging them up i notice that one of them was much larger than the others.</p> <p>So i checked the size of them all and the different numbers on the label. They all matched. So what went wrong?</p> <p>So i phone their customer service.</p> <p>I would have to take the items back to the store and speak to the manager.</p> <p>So through no fault of mine it would cost me my time and petrol money to go and correct their fault.</p> <p>So i told "customer service" that it would be cheaper for me to just keep the panty.</p> <p>Why must it cost the customer if it was not their fault?</p> <p> </p>
