Wrong settlement amount given now charged services fees for 29 cents.

I phoned Edgars to get a settlement amount on my account, as I am reducing my debt. They gave me an amount, and i paid it immediately. Then they went over to RCS and stated that on the 6 months interest free account . I received a statement for 29 cents. + R30 I immediately phoned them and luckily came through. they apologised and as i settled my account stated that the wrong amount was given to me and they will write the 29 cents off so no service fee payable. I received a statement today stating I owe them R60.29. Phoned them, and held on first time for 45 minutes, and now second time for 33 minutes but due to going in meetings had to cut the call.
