Wrong product

I bought a cell phone from edgars, in Ikageng gate on Sunday. The retail assistant never greeted me or tried to come assist me for that matter. She was flirting with the security guard and looked at me like I was disturbing, when I asked for help.
She did not know the different features between phones and did not ask me which network did I want to use, since I wanted to use my sim card.
I wanted to do split payment and she said that she can't do it, don't I have enough cash on the card (loud) and I took the card to draw cash instead.
When I came back, she took one phone ricared the sim and by the time I told her to use my sim, she told me that, that was an MTN phone and I can't use the Vodacom sim. I asked for the Vodacom phone she refused and told me she had already done the transaction and rudely said that I should buy another phone, if I want to use vodacom sim. I asked for my money back, she refused and told me that I won't get it. I then put the phone on the counter and left.
I want my money back and compensation for all that I went through just to get a cell phone. I don't even have a Cell phone as it is and I'm missing important calls. E-mail add: [Email Removed]
