Wrong Order Delivered
Wrong order was delivered on 25 August. I have made numerous telephone calls and sent a number of e-mails but nothing seems to be done about it. First spoke to Ivan on 27 August who promised me he would escalate the issue, then spoke to Given on 2 September who promised the same thing, now spoken to Thobela on 7 September who also promised the same thing. Why does it take so long for queries to be resolved?
