Wrong order

I placed an order online on 28/02/2019 order no ********** 59. I ordered a Daniel Klein Tech Round Analog Watch however I received a Lanco watch. These are two different brands and the style is different too. How can Edgars do such a mistake? I went to the malls to exchange the watch which is another inconvenience for me but I didn’t get the watch I’m looking for. I can’t go out of my way looking for the watch hence I went the online route. I would like the same watch as I ordered online, Daniel Klein Tech Round Analog Watch SKU ********** 9- ********** 1. Please let me know when the watch will be delivered.
