Wrong information
I went shopping for a gift and when I asked the lady if they offer gift wrapping she said they don't, worse was she was chatting to her friend while assisting me only to hear from my friend that they gift wrapped the stuff she bought at the same store.totally unacceptable

We subsequently received feedback confirming that gift wrapping is done occasionally - ( e.g during valitines and Mothers day). However should there be a need for gift wrapping and the material is available the service in question is offered.
