Wrong colour foundation.

I bought an Estee lauder foundation on line at edgars. I requested the colour of my foundation to be changed. I sent an email on the 8th requesting of they can attend to my query. I was advised that their consultant would call me. Till now I have never received a call to get them to change my foundation.
