wrong advertising

good day. I went to Edgars Store ain Randburg Square, Johannesburg. when you enter there is Eye shadows advertised at the front entrance that have red stickers marked R27.95. All the eye shadows are together that have exactly the same name brand are on the same shelf. I picked two. one had a sticker and the other did not have a sticker. to my knowledge I understand from other stores as well. If an identical item is marked with a sticker then the exact item would be the same price as the one with the red sticker. I get to the till and the cashier shows me the back of the item and tells me that the exact product has different prices. she agrees its exactly the same thing. Calls the manager because she couldn't find the cosmetic lady. the manager tells me the same thing. I mean really, do they think people are idiots. I am very disappointed with the way the situation was handled. the manager says to me that only the ones with the sticker are on special, while the ones without the sticker are not. but all items are next to each other on the shelf. terrible service and wrong advertising.
