Wow!!!Excellent Response&Feedback & Cust.Service

I seriously had received such pathetic Customer Service in one day from the 2IC Manager Sandra&her colleague Jode@the Customer Service Desk.It was all about assisting me with a size\34"in a men's Jeans &their help was to no avail &Sandra insisted they \""NEVER\"" had any further stock& asked me2 go2 The Sale Store in West STreet where I went to &this Sale STore keepsmore junk than any clothing you would really desire. I then went 2 the Main Store in West STreet & was assisted by a Manager Khulani who also tried 2 assist me buthen said he was going to be on night shift & had promised 2 ph me back after a follow-up but did not.i phoned back 2the Gateway Store & was assisted by a Child named LlewelynJohn who went the extra mile4me & paid attention 2 all what I related 2 him & then phoned me back & confirmed that \""He did not only locate this pair of jeans but also had this pair of jeans in his hands& he found this jeans with help from staff on the floor.\"" Really amazing2find this caibre of staff in a store like Edgars Gateway.I def. have never found help&Good Service in this store as you would never find staff in their dept.&if you did their cust service \"":STINKS.\""Store Mngr is nevr found"""
