worst servirce ever experience

I received a lawyers letter from the edcon group demanding R4540 & 12cents wich i paid in full on the 26 12 2015.this morning i spoke to your staff at the branch as i need to change my payment plan from 12 months back to 6 months reason being the more you pay the more interest get added she advised me they wont do it when you change it the opisite way they do it imediatly.i were advise to contact the call centre(worst mistake)after holding for a half hour & people droppinng the call in my face i got tired & hung up.i decided to contact the number on my letter i spoke to Thoko Maseko & advised her to get these people to contact me that was @ 10:00am @ 13:00pm still waiting.i admire how edgars hunt you when you owe them i wish they can have that same drive in the stores when you find 1 cashier between 8 tills for 12 customers waiting in line or staff in the departments which you never find.To Chantelle Usher you adressed this letter to me so please contact me by enf of business<br>
