WORST SERVICE RECEIVED SO FAR FROM A COMPANY

To say that these people are unprofessional is an understatement! First the harassment and rude phone calls from the so called blake attorneys, ignoring multiple requests for an invoice so that the amount in question could be settled, then a paid up amount being classified as bad debt! Everything was paid up and I asked for my account to be closed. I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING!!!!!! I am even starting to wonder if my account and club membership has been closed as requested in March this year! You better rectify this now and send me a paid up letter or refund my money!!!!!! I see you don’t even care enough about your reputation to respond the many unsatisfied customers here. I am taking this to social media next, reporting you to the ombudsman and even taking legal action if you don’t sort out your mess. What a shocking excuse for a retail company, where the customers clearly don’t matter!!!!!
