Worst service I have ever had!!!!!

Two weeks ago me and my husband app**** for a account at Edgars store in Heidelberg mall. The guy who helped us said that it will take about 45 minutes to be approved. But head office will send us a sms.

During the cause of the 2 weeks i have send numerous of emails because they informed me that they did not received everything, my husband was working nightshift and had to sleep so i literally walked with my husbands phone just in case they phoned.

I had to phone them all the time and today for the first time they phoned and i woke my husband up to take the call just for them to tell me again they did not received all the documents, so again i email everything to them.

This afternoon i was informed that its been declined due to unaffordability and we must try again in 3 month time.... My husband earn R40 000.00 a month, we got a celphone contract of R450, a car of R4000. 00 and rent of R6000. 00.

How do you come to sum of unaffordability????

I am not going to wait another 3 months i will go open a account at Truworths. Tough it would have been much more convenient at Edgars but i won't waist my time longer
