WORST SERVICE GETTING MY MONEY

Edgars owns me money, I was told I need to send an email to them, which I have and all the supporting documents. I phoned them and keep getting placed on hold when I ask for an update, today I was on a 30 min call, on minute 10 of the call the lady said she is going to check the notes, and 20mins later I was still on the call holding. If I owe Edgars money they will phone me constantly, now they owe me money and now they quite. PAYBACK MY MONEY!!!
