Worst Service from Edgar and/or RSC

Good Day,

I'm so disappointed in the service that I have received from RSC and/or Edgar's. It's really appalling.

I have canceled and paid up this account already in January and received confirmation as well of cancelation. I later on followed up on why I am still billed??? I did not get any response pertaining to this.

In the past month I have received a thousand calls from your debt collector consultants, and I had to continuously explain myself and obviously they kept promising it will be escalated to the head office.. Till today I am still being harassed.

I was told to send proof via the Whatsapp platform and I did exactly that. However, no response what's so ever..

Today I am being told that it has been handed over to the lawyers and so forth?? How??

I must say this is absurd.
