Worst service ever - pathetic

<p>Good day, i paid my edgars account that was in arrears. i paid the account almost 3 months ago and they promised me i will recieve my paid up letter as well as taken off my credit report. i called 3 weeks after that to follow up as i did not recieve my letter and they said i will recieve it by the end of the day. i have been following up one way and till today its still showing on my credit report and still no letter. i do not know what else to do im fed up with thier service.</p> <p> </p> <p>and an update for this, they sent me a message on hellow petter for my above post, yet to date no one has contacted me, i decided to contact the numbers they gave me and the agent said they would call me back. i have not had a call back yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>you should be ashamed of the service you give.</p>
