WORST SERVICE EVER

On Sunday the seventh, 2021 /03/07, between 13:00-14:00 to be exact, I was at Edgars store Centurion mall(metsing) , I spoke to Thandi(Lady with short blonde hair, was wearing a black dress) twice, at first she was very rude and when I aske her where I can find some of the ladies clothes on sale, she told me that she had no idea, I should go look around, well I was disappointed and just walked away, 30 minutes later I decided to ask her where her other colleague who was helping me nicely at the ladies shoe department was, she then said to me, I MUST CALL HER, I MUST GO LOOK FOR HER, surprised as I was I asked her, how can I call her if I do not have her numbers and don't know where she went... Well, she just the rolled her eyes and walked away from me... Last year, the same lady was just extremely RUDE to some customers in the store, I just realized that it was not a matter of her having a bad day but rather her character, she has attitude and no respect for customers, let alone the people she work with!!!, that type of behavior is unacceptable!!!
