WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!

This is the second time other than the response on the first, that I am leaving a review. The service I have experienced is absolutely pathetic!!!

I have been trying to close my account since the month of May, and each time I try to contact them, trying to get some feedback out of them , all I get is that my account has been escalated.... My account has been escalated for months now and then I received an email informing that the rates are going up and an agent calling me regarding my outstanding account???? RIDICULOUS!! I have settled and requested my account be closed for MONTHS!! Should have never pursued an account with Edgars, regret it through every fiber of my being!!!!

And if that's not bad enough, I haven't even received another response on my last review, the first response stated that they'll look into it without even asking any of my account information. I am very, very disappointed.
