Worst Service Ever

Very unhappy with the service received. Bought a cellphone from Edgars on my jet account and did a return of the phone on the 03/01/2021 at the Edgards Gateway branch and was advised that credit will be on my card in 24-48 hours its past 48 hours account has not been credited and I'm unable to purchase on my account due the refund not reflecting and no credit available. I have made several trips to Jet and Edgards stores but no one can assist and account still not soughed or credited. Will definitely be closing this account service is pathetic from Edgars Gateway and Jet customer service.
