Worst service ever.

1.Last Month a lady at edgars in Nelspruit told us we cant use our jet account to purchase clothing at edgars and asked us for cash instead. We then went to hazyview and the lady at the edgars store told us that the jet card can be used for purchase. 2. At the same Edgars store in Hazyview they once cancelled all our cellphone insurances without even notifying us. It took months of sending emails for it to be resolved and nobody could give us a reall reason as to why they cancelled the insurance. 3. Recently did an insurance claim, instead of giving us a Huawei like we asked for, we got a Samsung and this phone freezes. Constantly have to restart it. When i asked the lady she said i musy it via my network provider and it hasnt been long since i got it.
