Worst service ever!

I have been trying to close my account since Oct 2020.. First I phoned and they said I must go to the store.. then I went to the store on a Sunday and they told me they need to phone and the people they have to phone already went home.. so they gave me a email address.. I emailed a cancelation.. that didn't work.. so I went to the store again and they told me no they don't do it I must phone.. now I phoned again and suddenly my account still has a balance of R572.. I have not used the account in over a year and I pay the club fees every month so where does the R572 come from.. they cant tell me...
