WORST SERVICE EVER
I went to shop at at the Edgars in Brooklyn and was met by some lady that somehow convinced me to open up an Edgars Account. I told her that I wanted the 6 months interest free plan with no other charges. Today, I got told that I was on the 12 months plan with a 22% interest pa. I told them to switch my account and they said its not possible. Now, is that the level of service one would expect from the Edcon Group? I even got some message to say that they've signed me up for some account protection plan which I did not sign for. Really disgusted at the service!!! Just cancel my card or switch my plan to the 6months interest free plan.
