WORST SERVICE
Worst service EVER! I tried to open an Edgars account online. My application was accepted. When I went to the Edgars branch at the Kolonnade I ask her does my drivers licence server as proof of identification- the women responded yes! I then went all the way from Pretoria to Johannesburg East Gate Edgars to buy 2 Polo shirts that I only seen there. The Edgars in East gate would not help me because I don't have my ID with me. I did have a certified copy of it with me, but they still can't help me. Thank you Edgars for waisting my time and driving more then an hour to do business with you.

We require the bar coded Id when being issued with a thank u card. This has been implemented to combat ***** and to safe guard our valued customers . We will be addressing this matter with the Kolonnade manager .
