Worst online shopping experience

Online shopping with Edgars is the most frustrating experience I ordered a shirt for a gift for this coming weekend Edgars is the only online shopping experience i have had that doesn't offer a express or overnight delivery service I have tried speaking to management to try get someone to help me to have it delivered soon than the SEVEN WORKING DAYS LEAD TIME (shocking) but apparently nothing can be done I work in a very similar environment and trust me i know if you really want to help a client you will I don't see how no plan can be made seeing as i live in a metropolitan area Anyway i can honestly say i will never do online shopping with Edgars again Your lead time is appalling and if you really valued your clients you would have made a plan for me
