Worst experience ever trying to close my Edgar's account.

Worst service ever from Edgar's in Carnival mall. I have been trying to close my account for the past 3 months. Everytime I go to the store there is different amounts that I have to pay. I closed my cellphone insurance and I have not purchased anything in almost 6 months. This has been the most frustrating process ever. All the consultants who have assisted me tell me different processes in closing the account. This has to be the worst experience ever.
