Worst experience ever don't open accounts with edgars

I am 29 years old and lost my husband 2 months ago. As I am typing this, I am still in the edgars store since 12:50.i had reached an agreement with a collection agent for my store card to be blocked seeing that I was in arrears while waiting for the account to be settled. Due to information given and I ended up overpaying the account by R1050. I arrived at the store in Menlyn since 12:50 where I was told that I could buy to the value of R1050 and I choose clothes for kids when I got to the till I was told to go to capitec to get a statement and I left the store queued at capitec and waited. Now I am getting a different story that my card is still blocked and can't get a refund of my money. It's now 15:39 I am on the store during lock down and not assisted. The consultant are not sure Sam the gentleman at Menlyn Maine is not helpful at all. In my culture I shouldn't even be out especially after my husbands death. Please refund me now.
