Worst ever

My husband has been trying to close his Edgars for months now. Several visits to the store and emails are proving useless. How many more times must "final amounts and settlement amounts" be paid if the balance was nil for months on end?

This is just a money making scheme and totally unfair towards us. We don't use the account but every month another hundred odd Rands get added. What for???
