WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE

I have been getting the absolute worst service from Edgars since I opened my account.

I've been trying to cancel my order from February 2020 this year. And as I phoned this morning it still was not cancelled.

Secondly I got and sms on the 24th of July that my installment is R42.07 but I got deducted R257.08??????

Just so that you know I've been paying for R1700 worth of clothing that I have never even receievd.

I will never again waist my time on ANY Edcon store.

I am canceling my debit order and will only make payment when this is sorted.
