Worst customer service from Edgar’s cresta mall

Edgar’s cresta mall has the worst lying staff, it was a struggle for me to return a Jo borkett Kiara bag i got from Edgar’s rosebank mall they were claiming you cant return a brand bag and can only return where you bought which made me wonder what would’ve happened if I bought in another province I would have had to travel all the way back to return this bag, It took me multiple returns and refusing to leave the shop without a refund to actually get my money back!!! What a disgusting service and attitude from Malehloa Alina and Bongi

If you want the best convenient experience stay away from the Edgar’s cresta mall!!!
