Worst customer service

I am shocked at the pathetic customer service provided by the Edgars management. I had a set aside item that junior staff were able to assist with due to the set aside room being locked. The customer service Manger was no were to be found in the store. I waited 1 hour before recieving help. A manager by the name on Celeste refused to assist(her response 'I am very busy). A customer waits for 1 hour and your response is I'm because is not acceptable. After 1hour 30 min I finally was assisted by a manager. The junior staff were very helpful but management is non existint. Such a big store and no managers on duty this is unacceptable. Edgar's needs to relook at the calibre of managers they hire.
