WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I had an account with Edgars about 3 years ago. I went out of the country for a year and when I got back, I was unable to settle this account as they can not find who it was handed over to. It appears in my credit report negatively account with them in arrears. I have called multiple numbers and been placed on hold for hours, I have sent emails and the last person I had spoken to told me that it was handed over to ABSA but failed to give me a number to contact etc. No one is able to assist me because their system is not able to pick up my account, I even went to the shops and they also can not pick up my account. Somebody do something, my life is on hold.
