Worst customer service ever!!!

I am writing this review hoping I will get some help. I have an Edgars account, I paid the outstanding balance in April this year. After I paid I was sent a statement with an outstanding amount. At the time I was able to see the charges of club card, insurance etc.I then queried the amount that was listed as "purchases" because i havent purchased from my account for 2 years or so.I didnt get an expalination and I told the agent that I wouldn't pay until I am given a break dow of what the outstanding amount was for.2 months later I have an outstanding amount of R809 still listed as purchases.I have gone to the branches 3 times and were kept on line long and was told system is off for them to close my account.I have never been so frustrated.I just want to close my account and get my name cleared from all their systems.My credit score has been affected by something i tried to resolve.
