Worst customer service and intentionally witholding my refund for absolutely no reason

Edgars online *****ulently sent me La vie est belle 30mls instead of 50mls. At first I was of the opinion that it was an honest mistake until I called their customer service to exchange for the correct size and they told me they dont have any 50mls in stock and have never had any for a long time! Then why the hell did they accept my order or even allow me to make that selection in the first place? Now they are even giving me the run around to collect their incorrect order and process my refund! I ould not advise anyone to by anything from Edgars online. It was once a good store but now its just pathetic really
