Worst Customer Service

I am very angry and very disappoint. Since I took my phone for repairs at Edgars last year and I have even closed my account. Still I have not received my phone back. You have failed me as a Customer and I might even say that you have stole from me as the last time I went to ask for my phone back I was told it was sent to the wrong Branch and someone received it.
