Worst Customer service

Bad customer service. Bought a nappy bag 4 months ago, and bag is practically falling apart, went to Carnival Mall and called their customers service department, and was turned away because I don't have a purchase receipt and the bag was bought cash, so they cannot trace the sku or transaction even if its a damage.

They can learn a thing or 2 of how to provide excellent customer service from Woolworths.
