Worst Customer service

Good day I am writing this review in the hope that management would address these concerns, I often visit the Edgars Blue Route branch in Tokai and the service is always the same, staff appear unhappy and disinterested, you are also profiled and watched like a hawk at the cosmetics counter which I often purchase all my Clinique products from, Friday I popped in to smell i fragrance which I am keen to purchase online I was asked by a very unfriendly consultant whether I needed help ( NO SMILE) and looking visibly annoyed. I then left the store feeling annoyed. Staff having their own conversations, Management please send in mystery shoppers and address these issues.
