Worst customer experience

I would like to make a complain for edgers active; i went to Edgars active in braamfontein there was a special of buy one get one free on sale item yesterday; also went to the one in hill brow the special was on. i could not get the size of some items i wanted i then went to edgars active in CBD jhb next to big edgars stores in town i got the size when i went to pay i was told that there is no special at the shop; and those two edgars active were not even suppose to be running the special as it was finish. this was frustrating for me as i had to travel and i still do not understand how one franchise do not operate the same . The cashiers at the shop did not even consider checking the special on the system as they said its not available.
