Most unjust useless company since RCS took over the accounts. Advise clients to take sometime and review their statements since the Handover. RCS is pocketing you money.

Adding interest to Value added services (ie: your insurance policies) and adding them as purchases in some intances.

A once off error on one month would not be worrying abd understandable but this is since the RCS takeover.

Please take time and review you accounts from when Edgars was in charge and since the Handover. See below only real feedback received, the R60 rand was never received to date.

With reference to your request to have interest charged on Value Added Services reversed, RCS facilitates the billing of this product only. We treat it as a normal purchase and assigns it to the Revolving payment plan on your account.

A R60 credit had been actioned for interest charged for your value added services for the last 6 months as a once off goodwill gesture. Please note that moving forward your will be liable for the interest charged on these products.
