Worst company ever

01 Apr 2021, 15:46 Worst retailer ever I had a Edgars account and found out 2 months ago when I wanted to purchase at Edgars that my account was closed as Edgars was bought by another company. I accepted that and got a sms a few days later that I still owe them money which I paid. Now almost 2 months later I get another sms that I owe them money but the worst of it all is that it changed my credit status as it shows my edgars account is in arrears. Really????? For an account that is closed. I went to the store in the grove mall and they let me phone their call center. I spoke to Mosipho Volana on 31 March and she advised me that I still owe R236 as I belong to the club and that is what this amount is for, how ridiculous is this. Not to mention sly. I want this account closed as a matter of urgency and my credit status updated
