Worst and horrific service ever received

The worst service in the whole world if there ws a -1 i would give it that. After waiting in the queue for more than 30 mins still had issues with a simple account payment. The staff is rude,they have no customer service wt so ever instead of explaining to their customers the process of checking balances instead they act like they don't represent such a big brand. They even shout at customers even expressing their dissatisfaction saying we should've told them what we wanted in the first place and one staff member even said i was the second lady to raise my dissatisfaction but with an i do not care attitude.
