Worsed assisatance manager ever!!!

I bought Blackberry Z3 at Edgars Jubilee mall on the ***5 for R3000 but displayed price was just under R2800, I ask to see the manager Kagiso to me he was too busy to see me customer!<br> <br> During the month of Feb my phone started to show me that it is Blackberry, I had to book it in for repair at the same store, it was on the 13feb very rude lady by the name of Malema help me. A week later I received sms from mtn asking me to pay R2135incl or pay R330 if I reject obviously I rejected cause this was never explained to before. I went to the shop to hear their side I was told I am third customer complaining about same issue. Sam assistant manager and Malema promised to take this up with their management until today they never phoned me, I phoned them and I went to the shop as well. At some stage Sam dropped phones on my ears. I escalated this to Edgars customer care two weeks back Tshepiso and Phumzile promised to call me back with feed back until now no respond and my phone is still with them!!!! Last week Monday I went to the shop again to see store manager by the name of Jan very good guy to complain to he tried his best to assist but did not succeed, he told me he cant help me.
