Worse online shopping experience ever!

Ordered clothes on the 7 May and received a dispatched email on the 21 May. Today is the 9 June and still no tracking number or order. My order value was R5233 and I have just cancelled it my complete order. Will never again buy online. Customer service cant tell you anything every time I phone they will escalate the problem.
