Wife unable to purchase on my account

I gave my wife my Edgars card for use with my consent in my absence. She shopped at the Cape Gate Edgars and the first time, she was told she was unable to purchase without my written consent and a copy of my id. I wrote a statement stating that I consent to her using my card accompanied by a copy of my id. Today she returned to the store, only to be told the STORE needs to make a copy of my id and not me. She once again wasted her time.<br> <br> My gripe is with the manner in which this occurred. Firstly, she was given incorrect information. Secondly, the attitude of the staff members were rude and dismissive.<br> <br> How can I get my wife to use my card? Should I provide a Matric certificate, CV and a DNA sample? Any substantial information will be greatly appreciated.<br>
